I recently visited 5 Star Supermarket and was thoroughly impressed. This place truly lives up to its name, offering an exceptional shopping experience. Selection of Cooked and Prepared Foods: The supermarket excels in its array of ready-to-eat options. From savory fried foods and fresh spring rolls to flavorful stir-fries, the quality and variety are impressive. The chinese BBQ is on point as well. It's perfect for those days when you want a delicious meal without the hassle of cooking. Snack Variety: The snack aisle is a treasure trove of delights from various Asian cuisines. You'll find everything from crispy seaweed snacks and spicy chips to unique confectioneries that are hard to come by elsewhere. It's a haven for snack enthusiasts looking for something different. The range includes popular brands and lesser-known gems that add a special touch to your noodle collection. My favorite is the Buldak selections. They are also quite similar to the chinatowns and sometimes cheaper. Selection of products are really good, range from various Asian cultures and cuisines. The food stall was also really good, with reasonable prices for their roasted pork and other dishes. The only downside is that the products are usually sold out by noon, and they don't restock it.

Biggest Asian supermarket in the western mass. You can find most of the stuff here, I love how they have a hot bar selling roast duck, scallion chicken, dimsum, pho, salmon, beef tripe, fresh seafood, Korean snacks etc

Excellent selection of Asian cooking greens, and good selection of fresh fruit. Tofu in cooler varied. Dry goods might not be as organized in the best way, I found sesame seeds in three different aisles. Sauces are more skewed to Vietnamese sauces, but they do have all of the canned fruit and sweets for halo halo at home. Good selection of dried noodles. Prepared foods vary, we have only come on Saturdays and the hot bar is stocked and awesome before lunch, but empties out fast. There are also some grab-and-go desserts and food options. We adore the fresh tofu dessert with the ginger syrup--always opt for extra syrup. There is a fresh fish counter, and fresh packaged meats. Interesting selection of frozen foods and desserts as well. We are mostly vegetarian and always manage to find something new to try/.
